This Privacy Policy explains how SnapTag collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Apple App Store review guidelines.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, first name, and last name. We authenticate users via secure third-party providers (Apple and Google SSO).
• User Content (Images & Text): When you scan an item, we collect the images you upload and the descriptions generated. Images are processed to provide AI-generated listings.
• Third-Party Integrations (eBay): If you choose to link your eBay account, we collect secure OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) strictly to publish listings to your account and check item status. We do not access, read, or store your historical eBay data or buyer information.
• Device & Usage Data: We collect non-personally identifiable information regarding how you use the app, device type, and crash reports to improve stability.
• Payment Information: All subscription payments are securely processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To generate product titles, descriptions, and item specifics using Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini).
• To fetch real-time market pricing via third-party web search APIs (SerpApi).
• To publish and synchronize your listings with connected marketplaces (e.g., eBay).
• To manage your subscription status and provide customer support.

3. How We Share Your Information (Data Subprocessors)

To provide our services, we utilize secure third-party processors. We do not sell your personal data. We share data strictly for operational purposes with:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting, user authentication, and encrypted image storage.
• Google (Vertex AI / Gemini): Images are temporarily processed by Google's AI models to generate listing text.
• RevenueCat: To validate Apple App Store receipts and manage your "SnapTag Pro" entitlement.
• SerpApi: Search queries (e.g., "Vintage Sony Walkman") are sent to fetch market pricing.
• eBay: If authorized by you, we transmit your generated listing data to your personal eBay seller account.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request complete deletion of your data at any time.

How to delete your account: You may delete your account and all associated data (including images, drafts, and linked OAuth tokens) directly within the SnapTag app. Navigate to the Profile tab -> Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your data is immediately and permanently wiped from our active databases.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Opt-out of the sale of personal data (Note: SnapTag does not sell personal data).

By downloading or using SnapTag, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Description of Service

SnapTag is a productivity tool for resellers. It utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze user-uploaded images and generate suggested listing titles, descriptions, and item specifics. It also provides estimated market values and tools to cross-post to third-party platforms like eBay.

2. AI Disclaimer & User Responsibility

SnapTag does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or pricing. AI models can hallucinate or produce inaccurate details (including incorrect brand identification, dimensions, or pricing).

As the seller, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing it to any marketplace. Jemnova is not liable for any listing violations, account suspensions, financial losses, or buyer disputes resulting from inaccurate AI descriptions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (SnapTag Pro)

SnapTag offers an auto-renewing subscription ("SnapTag Pro") providing expanded usage limits.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Third-Party Marketplaces

SnapTag is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc., Google, or Meta Platforms (Facebook). When you use SnapTag to publish listings to eBay, you are subject to eBay's independent Terms of Service and Seller Policies.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SnapTag to:

• Create listings for illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or strictly prohibited items.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or artificially inflate API rate limits or subscription quotas.
• Upload explicit, offensive, or malicious images.

Jemnova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jemnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; or (c) any AI inaccuracies.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
